WRISTBANDS

Those authors with long lines will get wrist banded. We will have a volunteer coordinator at the end of the line who will hand out wristbands. Each author will have a different color wristband and each wristband will have a number. Numbers to each line will be updated on an online document which you can check on your phone wherever you are in the building. You can also ask any volunteer to update you on the number if you are having connectivity issues. We use wristbands, so you don't have to spend large amounts of time waiting in line. Instead, you can visit more authors. More info will come as we get closer and the seating chart is released 2 weeks out from the event.

This will be released 2 weeks out from the event, along with other important info like who will be wristbanded.

AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION

You must arrange your own transportation to and from the airport.

No strollers or wagons allowed. Small carts no bigger than 18x18 are fine.
