6-10PM VIP & PINK. OPTIONAL EARLY REGISTRATION (LOIRE) Pick up your totes and lanyards. For your protection, lanyards must be worn at all times to enter event spaces.
8-10PM AUTHOR MEET & GREET MIXER. (Vendome C) Theme: Shimmer and Shine. Signature Cocktail ''Pink Lemonade Vodka Punch'' Frozen Pink Lemonade, Vodka, Lemon-Lime Soda, Sliced Lemons and Raspberries for Garnish @ $25.00 Each. Some signature drinks tickets will randomly be given away for free! Purchase the signature cocktail to receive a specialty pink plastic fluted flower coup while supplies last.
We encourage you to wear something shimmery and shiny. You may bring books from home and/or the autograph book in your tote to be signed. Preorders will NOT be available. Cash bar which takes credit cards. Swag on the tables. A shimmery take home prize while supplies last for those who circulate the room and meet the special guests TBD. Photo op with Shimmery Backdrop and a fully costumed Disco Ball Dancer.

11AM-12PM. ATTENDEE WELCOME & ORIENTATION WITH YOUR CONVENTION HOSTS (Champagne 1-2) A FRIENDSHIP BRACELET TRADING SESSION WILL FOLLOW OUTSIDE IN THE HALLWAY. BE SURE TO ALSO WRITE AN ENCOURAGING, THANK YOU NOTE TO AUTHORS, NARRATORS AND/OR VENDORS. HEART PROVIDED. DROP YOUR HEART NOTE IN THE PINK BOX. WE’LL DISPLAY THESE ON THE TABLES IN THE SATURDAY LUNCH ROOM FOR THE AUTHORS, NARRATORS AND VENDORS TO READ.

830PM-11PM THEME TBA. CHAMPAGNE BALLROOM. A gathering with sweets, libations, photo vignettes and dancing. Signature Cocktail TBD. Some signature drink tickets will be randomly given away for free. Each signature drink is $25 and comes with a commemorative light up pink ice cube that has the LoveNVegas logo while supplies last.
Dressing to the theme is encouraged. Costumes optional but encouraged. No masks please for safety reasons. There will be a DJ, a dance floor, a photo booth, several photo ops, including a book prop and a live bad boyfriend, AND free swag— several pieces— at each place setting. Convention Co-hosts Nicole Huffman, Michelle Mankin and Flockers for photo taking. Centerpieces may be taken home at the end of the party at 11pm. Party is for VIPs, PINKs, Authors, Narrators, Assistants and Vendors.
At the party, there will be a 2028 VIP ticket awarded for the attendee with the best costume.

9AM-10AM VIP (GOLD) LINEUP INSIDE CHAMPAGNE BALLROOM 1&4 FOR THE SIGNING SESSION WITH AUTHORS, NARRATORS, AND VENDORS. Lineup is by the number on your badge. So there is no need to lineup more than 30 minutes before 10am.

In order for us to continue providing the same premium, multi-day romance book convention experience, we must raise prices for the first time in 3 years. In order to help you, we are offering early bird tickets from now until 11-24. Early bird tickets will retain last year's prices: $325-VIPS, $225-GAs, $125-Signing Session.
