6-10PM VIP & PINK. OPTIONAL EARLY REGISTRATION (LOIRE) Pick up your totes and lanyards. For your protection, lanyards must be worn at all times to enter event spaces.

8-10PM AUTHOR MEET & GREET MIXER. (Vendome C) Theme: Shimmer and Shine. Signature Cocktail ''Pink Lemonade Vodka Punch'' Frozen Pink Lemonade, Vodka, Lemon-Lime Soda, Sliced Lemons and Raspberries for Garnish @ $25.00 Each.

We encourage you to wear something shimmery and shiny. You may bring books from home and/or the autograph book in your tote to be signed. Preorders will NOT be available. Cash bar. Swag on tables. Shimmery prizes for those who meet at least 10 of our special guests. Photo op. Authors and other special guests so far are:

The event is in the planning stages but rumor has it there will be cowgirl costumes, special swag and art, a raffle, country music and dancing, and all the things!

430-830PM AUTHOR, VENDOR, NARRATOR SET UP RIVOLI AND VENDOME BALLROOMS. SWEET AND SALTY SNACKS AVAILABLE. CASH BAR. ALTERNATIVE SETUP TIME IS SATURDAY BEGINNING AT 8AM.

830PM-11PM GOTHIC GALA. CHAMPAGNE BALLROOM. A glamorous goth inspired gathering with sweets, libations, photo vignettes and dancing. Signature Cocktail is a Meagan Brandy Black Heart Martini. Vodka, blackberry liquor and lime. Each drink is $25 and comes with a commemorative light up pink ice cube. Dressing to the theme is encouraged. Costumes optional but encouraged. No masks please for safety reasons. There will be a DJ, Guest Hosts (Small Hands and Hawk), a dance floor, a photo booth, photo ops, and free swag at each place setting. Centerpieces may be taken home at the end of the party at 11pm. Party is for VIPs, PINKs, Authors, Narrators, Assistants and Vendors.

At the party, there will be a 2027 VIP ticket awarded for the attendee with the best costume and a free standing table awarded to the author with the best costume.

11PM-12PM (PINK) LINEUP INSIDE CHAMPAGNE BALLROOM 1&2 FOR THE SIGNING SESSION.

1-2PM BLACK LINEUP INSIDE THE CHAMPAGNE BALLROOM.

8-10AM VIP CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST. CHAMPAGNE. THEME IS: PINK IN PARIS. 2 EXCLUSIVE NARRATOR PANELS FOR VIPS. PHOTO OP, A CHAMPAGNE GLASS WITH SWAG AT EACH PLACE SETTING WHILE SUPPLIES LAST. PROSECCO PROVIDED WITH A SPLASH OF CRANBERRY JUICE & GLITTER WHILE SUPPLIES LAST. MUST HAVE A VIP TICKET AND FILL OUT THE RSVP FORM TO RESERVE YOUR SPOT. This form must be completed so we don’t waste food.

12-2PM a Come and Go Post Book Con Mixer by XOXO BOOK BOUTIQUE at their 7400 Las Vegas Blvd. S. #406, Las Vegas, NV 89123 location. It’s possible that a LoveNVegas author or authors might appear.

In response to reader survey requests, we are keeping ticket pricing the same as last year though expenses have risen across the board. We are also giving 2026 VIPs 8 hours in the Saturday signing room and Pink GAs get 6 hours in the signing room.
