Phoenix Important Info

Those authors with long lines will get wrist banded. We will have a volunteer at the end of the line who will hand out wristbands. Each author will have a different color wristband and each wristband will have a number. Numbers to each line will be updated on an online document which you can check on your phone wherever you are in the building. This way you don't have to spend large amounts of time waiting in line. Instead, you can visit more authors. We only allow 10-15 in line at a time. Those that have tables along the walls in the ballroom are the additional authors that will most likely get wristbanded. More info will come as we get closer and the seating chart is released.

This is released around the 2 week mark

You must plan your own transportation to the Phoenix airport. It is approximately 20 miles away from the venue.
